This coaching program pairs your nonprofit with an expert coach to develop a clear, actionable plan to sustain, grow, or refocus your social enterprise.

Our six week program helps you assess your enterprise across four critical areas:

  • Operational capacity

  • Market potential

  • Financial health

  • 6 weekly sessions (6 weeks) one-on-one coaching

  • Practical  tools
